OPEN for new clients! - I believe that everyone has innate value and enjoy helping each client I work with on their path to personal fulfillment. I have experience in and enjoy working with adults, children, and families from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds with a variety of presenting concerns. I work with clients of all ages to help them create the life they want to live. I work with people who are looking to manage stress, relieve mood related symptoms, build communication skills, regulate emotions, process trauma, build the capacity to navigate life transitions, have healthier relationships, and meaningful lives. I enjoy collaboratively building unique paths to personal wellness with each client. Together, we can build skills to manage immediate challenges and clear space to chart a course for the future, enjoy the present, or process past events. My philosophical orientation is rooted in positivity and validation in order to support clients in self-discovery.
