In Person Couples Counseling now available Friday eve and Saturdays - Port St. Lucie. Gottman Couples Counseling, marital issues, individual counseling & adolescents. We may accept UHC, UMR, Cigna, ComPsych, Optum Health, and Lyra. We work with anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse, as well as other mental health issues. We utilize Gottman Couples Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our therapists have years of experience working with parenting and family concerns, as well as assisting adolescents dealing with behavioral issues, defiance, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. Our group includes highly experienced therapists. We also offer Gottman Couples Therapy, family, individual and adolescent therapeutic services. We are experienced in the treatment of PTSD. We work with interventions that support the client recognizing irrational beliefs in an effort to focus on changing client thinking patterns.
