I am aware that engaging in therapy may evoke feelings of vulnerability, and I am committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel respected, validated, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I’ve had years of direct experience working with a variety of age groups on a wide range of topics. I am a graduate of Widener University’s Master of Social Work Program and also earned a graduate certificate from their Trauma Certificate Program, where I took a deeper dive into trauma informed theory and practice. My clinical approach mainly starts from a person-centered foundation and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma-informed Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness.
