Scott takes an integrative approach to therapy utilizing Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic techniques. Scott has experience helping clients with a range of topics including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, loss, self-esteem, identity development, healthy relationships, and navigating life transitions. Scott is currently an adjunct lecturer at Hunter College. He is also passionate about engaging in social justice work. Outside of work you can find him exploring new places, both in & outside of NYC, playing volleyball, or trying a new recipe
