My patients are interested in evidence-based approaches to address problems and to reach goals. In some cases--especially with kids--there are questions regarding a specific diagnosis (e.g., Autism). Patients choose to work with me so that they can have an experienced professional help them implement effective strategies. Parents who work with me are interested in learning additional approaches to help their child, whether addressing anxiety, mood, or disruptive behaviors. I team up with and collaborate with patients/parents, because when we work together, we can achieve meaningful change!
