I'm an addiction psychologist who helps people moderate drinking and drug use or stop completely. You may feel lost in your alcohol or drug use or find yourself using substances to numb or disconnect. I have specialized training and experience with clients in recovery from alcohol and drug use, depression, and anxiety. I help my clients learn ways to manage stress and anxiety, balance demanding work and home lives, and reconnect to joy in relationships. If you're new to therapy for substance use or returning home from residential/IOP treatment, we'll build layers of support together for your first six months to year in recovery. As a solution-focused psychologist, I help clients find answers unique to their professional and personal lives. You can reconnect to your values, interests, and pursue your passions. Clients in therapy with me learn to nurture different parts of themselves and engage in the relationships that matter while decreasing use or abstaining from alcohol and drugs.
