Life is challenging and my belief is that even with a little help, you can overcome those challenges and function at your best. The past can be your teacher, and time your healer. My belief is that when we stop fighting the past or our present hardships is when we can THRIVE. I will meet you where you are. We can go from there. View 4 Photos My specialty is in in working with Teenagers, Couples, and Addiction. I spent many years in private practice where my passion for helping children and teens arose. Much of my formal training is in in-patient substance abuse facilities working with the Native American population in trauma-focused therapy. I love using Narrative and EFT modalities.
