It is my goal to join with you and guide both of us in growth through the power of the therapeutic relationship. Although I describe my therapeutic approach as eclectic, I lean heavily toward Relational-Cultural Theory. I believe that people grow in relationships that exhibit mutual empathy and empowerment. Solution-Focused Therapy is an integral part of my practice as well. SFT is a solution-focused, future-oriented form of therapy that focuses on your strengths as a way to reach your goals. In this paradigm, you, the client, are viewed as the expert on your life.
