Compassion and teamwork are keys when it comes to therapy. Accepting the help you need after making the first step to ask for it is imperative. My approach is rooted from evidence based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with mindfulness in identifying and reaching one’s goals. My services are geared towards your needs and desires out of life. I provide counseling for adolescents and young adults to assist in accessing their education along with support in receiving services from community resources. I have worked in intensive outpatient settings. Some areas of substance abuse as well as serving as a program director.
