Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience in the field. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, coping skills, stress, and men's issues, and approach the therapeutic process with compassion and empathy, treating everyone with respect and dignity. During sessions, I use a mix of motivational interviewing, compassion and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), among other appropriate techniques.
