I’m a counselor who believes people heal best when they feel genuinely seen and not judged. My style is steady, relaxed, and honest. I aim to be someone you can talk to without having to edit yourself or pretend you’re fine when you’re not. A lot of the people I work with are carrying stress, anxiety, or old trauma that’s finally catching up with them. Some are dealing with big life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity questions, or a sense that they’ve been “holding it together” for too long. My job is to help you sort through all of that in a way that feels manageable and grounded
