Welcome! I enjoy working with children, teenagers, college students, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, symptoms related to trauma, grief, family matters, and addiction. I use a client-centered, non-judgmental approach to counseling and incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior informed therapy, and mindfulness techniques when working with clients. I have a Master's degree in Counselor Education, Clinical Mental Health, and Addictions from The College of NJ.
