I provide an outlet with empathy, and assist you with gaining insight, while providing effective understanding and use of coping skills, strategies, and solutions. Mindfulness is an approach that I frequently use to assist with gaining insight and processing at a deeper level. As a Certified Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children and families, using creative, age-appropriate techniques.
