My name is Dr. Sean Meyer, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of California. As a doctoral-level clinician, I enjoy working with my clients from a collaborative approach, that is, exploring and identifying their priorities for our sessions together and helping them achieve the goals they've identified. My preferred therapeutic approaches and these depend greatly on the client I am working with, are cognitive behavioral (CBT) and solution-focused therapies. I enjoy working with most age groups (18+) and those presenting with depression, anxiety, stress, and sexual/gender challenges.
