As a drama therapist, I bring a unique perspective to our work together, one that recognizes how our early experiences, relationships, and patterns shape who we are today. I believe that understanding these deeper influences can help us make meaningful changes in the present. While I'm trained in creative and experiential approaches to healing, I always follow your lead and comfort level. There's no pressure to 'perform' or 'act' in our sessions - we might simply talk, or we might incorporate gentle creative elements when it feels right for you.
