I work with adults, adolescents, and couples to address challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, addiction, ADHD, grief, and men’s issues. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods and shaped by decades of experience with individuals and groups. I serve on the Board of Directors for both the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy and the Mental Health Network of the United Church of Christ. In addition to my clinical work, I am an ordained clergy member and musician.
