The clients I work with may have experiences including but not limited to life adjustments, interpersonal conflict with partners, friends, or families, self esteem, attachment, identity issues, gender roles, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Individuals so often carry their burdens without recognizing or verbalizing them, increasing the weight they hold. Our therapy will approach these struggles head-on and together. Vulnerability grows with trust, safety, compassion, and an unrestricted amount of time. Come as you are and the rest will follow in our work together.
