Seaun (Success Performance Consulting, LLC) works with performers that range from athletes, executive management leaders, military personnel, musicians, dancers, etc. Seaun also specializes in working with people who may struggle with mental health barriers that prohibits them from reaching their optimal peak performance level. These mental health barriers may consist of lack of focus, lack of attention, lack of motivation or needing their motivation influenced, anxiety, depression, past injuries, and negative self-talk. Coping skills will be taught and applied by performers who deal with stress/pressure during events and games. Seaun conducts performance profiles to identify any mental health barriers to be identified and eliminated. Services that will be offered are developed through practicing imagery, visualization, arousal regulation, and goal setting. Seaun provides coping skills, strategies, and techniques, such as pre-performance routines and performance readiness plans.
