Welcome! My name is Shawn Decker and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years working in a variety of community-based and healthcare settings. What I have learned is that healing isn't about fixing what's broken, it's about reconnecting with your natural resilience and reclaiming your wholeness. I work with people who are navigating implications of trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, body image, self-esteem, and challenging life transitions. Many of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
