You’ve been holding it together for everyone else, but inside, you’re not okay. You feel trapped in a cycle of exhaustion, stuck in the same place. It makes sense to feel disconnected or uncertain when you’ve worked so hard for so long to navigate systems not built for you in mind. I want you to know I see it, and I’ve seen healing happen, even when it feels impossible. I work with people with neurodiversity and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and relationships. Beneath burnout and overwhelm, a part of you is reaching for connection. That part matters, and it’s where we begin.
