Together, we will explore your past and uncover what has inspired you and what has held you back. We will identify your passions and rewrite your story to be the one you have always dreamed of. Since I am both a counselor and a life coach, we can assess your situation and utilize the approach that will be best for you. The goal of life coaching is to help you overcome the fear of change and feel empowered to do so while holding you accountable! CBT and Solution Focused Therapy Techniques will help you explore what has stopped you from your goals.
