If you are looking for a safe, supportive space to talk about the things that may be holding you back in life, you are welcome here. This is a place to explore what you are facing at your own pace, gain clarity and move forward with renewal and hope. My primary focus is to encourage, teach and empower individuals as they work to overcome past trauma, navigate daily life stressors, and move toward the life they have always hoped for. I have experience supporting individuals dealing with insecurities, relationship challenges, trauma-related symptoms, women's issues, religious trauma, existential crises, and discovering one's purpose. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness-based techniques, motivational interviewing, supportive talk therapy, and faith-based, Christ-centered counseling when desired.
