When worry and overthinking take hold, even simple decisions can feel heavier than they should. You may find yourself replaying conversations, questioning what you said, or trying to prevent every possible mistake. The constant pressure to “get it right” can make once-enjoyable parts of life feel stressful or out of reach. Many of the people I work with are navigating major transitions, rebuilding after burnout, or stepping down from higher levels of care and want support that helps them stay steady. Others are managing OCD or anxiety that has become too consuming to continue handling on their own. I’m Seda (Seh-dah). I specialize in OCD and anxiety and have extensive experience supporting individuals who have needed intensive treatment. I use structured, evidence-based approaches to help you quiet mental noise, reduce compulsions and avoidance, and strengthen the self-trust to navigate daily life with more confidence.
