Whether we are searching for complete happiness; trying to find our life’s purpose or just trying to gather the strength to make it through one more day, we all want to live our most fulfilling lives with less doubt and worry and more fun, love and happiness. It is okay to need someone to talk to outside of our everyday lives in order to open up or gain a new perspective on the stressors we are dealing with. Therapy can be a very powerful experience, and I am intentional about building genuine connections with my clients - we work as a team in our sessions.
