Seeking Harmony LLC is a collaborative of like minded individuals with a shared mission. Our mission is to guide, teach, support and empower individuals on their personal journey of growth, transformation and achieving inner harmony. We believe that therapy, first and foremost, is most effective with a foundation of trust, built through a collaborative relationship with someone who accepts you just as you are. We are inclusive, innovative, thoughtful, and compassionate psychotherapists, and we look forward to meeting! Our therapists are diverse in their backgrounds and experiences. Some specific areas of expertise include but are not limited to: Family Based Treatment (for children/adolescents with eating disorders), Eating Disorders (including Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID), trauma experiences (EMDR available), and working with the LGBTQIA+ population.
