I specialize in Holistic Psychotherapy - looking at any issue someone is facing as connected to the WHOLE person's inner and outer experiences. My core expertise is in the area of True Nourishment and helping people find their way to deeper meaning and purpose in their lives, especially around midlife and major life transitions. The therapeutic technique I have been immersed in, Eidetic Imagery, requires a deep partnership and attunement between practitioner and client. I feel the greatest contribution I bring is the deep inner work I have done on myself which creates a trust and depth to the therapeutic relationship.
