Hi there! I'm passionate about enhancing holistic well-being through an integrative, culturally sensitive, and person-centered lens. My approach is warm and collaborative, empowering you to feel in charge of your own unique path toward growth and healing. I have extensive experience with mindfulness-based, somatic, and expressive arts techniques, such as using yoga, breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation, painting, sculpting, drama, dance, and music to facilitate the therapeutic process. I also draw from other evidence-based methods, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, EFT, FST, & FT, depending on your needs and preferences!
