Hello and welcome! Thank you for your interest in learning more about my therapy practice. The energy required to seek out and begin therapy is hard work, so I appreciate you being here. My goal is to provide every client with a safe and supportive environment to heal and grow. I currently work with adults through a variety of general mental health concerns; including stress, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration.
