Is your child struggling with anxiety, big worries, or fears that seem to take over? Maybe they’re having trouble sleeping, separating from you, or facing daily routines without meltdowns or panic. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking and stressful to not know how to help. I specialize in working with children ages 4 to 18 who experience anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD tendencies, and emotional overwhelm. My mission is to help kids feel brave and in control and to help parents feel supported, informed, and empowered.
