I believe that every individual has their own story to tell. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and immigrant communities who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and attachment issues, low self-esteem, self-worth and trauma. Within the therapeutic relationship, my clients will experience a safe, empathetic and a non-judgemental environment that will be tailored to their needs. In regards to working with children and adolescents, we will uncover different and healthy ways to approach new experiences and will be given a safe space where effective evolution and self-discovery is possible.
