I will meet you exactly where you are at in life. Together, you and I will explore what you do, how you feel, and the triggers behind it all. I can do the same for your child or your parent too. Children, adults, and seniors – at any stage or crossroad – are welcomed on this journey. As a passionate life coach and credentialed mental health provider, I aim to identify and help manage the root causes of decisions and habits. We can accomplish this in group therapy or one-on-one sessions, in-person or virtually.
