Looking for a therapist usually means something is going on for you. You may be in crisis, carrying something isolating, or realizing that the way things are right now isn't how you want them to be. Many individuals and families I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting stress, or major life transitions. Some are navigating acute trauma or suicidal thoughts that require specialty care and close outpatient support, with the goal of stabilizing safely and reducing the need for emergency room visits when appropriate. My goal is to offer a nonjudgmental, and open space to find relief, clarity and direction.
