My approach is integrative and deeply compassionate, blending evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, IFS, DBT) with mindfulness, creativity, and relational depth. As a Natural Medicine Facilitator (NMIT), I also support clients interested in ketamine or psilocybin-assisted therapy preparation, facilitation, and integration, helping them translate insight into grounded, lasting growth. I offer a safe, structured, and heart-centered space for exploration and healing. Together, we balance insight-oriented work with practical tools that empower you to move forward with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion, so you can feel more aligned, empowered, and at peace in your daily life.
