I am licensed in California with 30 years of professional work experience. I specialize in adolescents and young adults but also have vast experience with middle aged clients. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, and parenting issues. I use many different modalities in my practice to tailor services to the individual and their specific needs. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
