My practice is centered around addressing the unique needs and experiences of women. Focus areas include but are not limited to, relationships, grief, recovery, aging, sexual health, sexual history and life transitions. I am especially passionate about bringing attention to the often-overlooked mental health aspects of perimenopause and menopause. I feel strongly about ensuring women feel safe, empowered and heard in the therapeutic space. You are so much more than your past, your history, your appearance, or your age. So much more than the messages or the misplaced values of society—and you are absolutely more than enough. In our time together, I will incorporate a variety of interventions from these models to support your healing. I have a background in residential treatment (male and female), addiction recovery, relationship focused, women's issues, and grief.
