I’m here to help you navigate those barriers and take meaningful steps toward growth and healing. I am knowledgeable in Trauma Informed, DBT, CBT, and certified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and trained in CBT for anxiety and OCD. My goal is to provide a safe space to allow for self-exploration, self-examination, and emotion processing. I have availability for children, teens, adults, couples, and families open immediately by telehealth.
