My passion lies in assisting individuals in using holistic methods to recover from past trauma, such as inner parts work, mindfulness techniques, environmental controls, and emotional regulation. With over three decades of experience in the mental health field. My counseling approach is all about healing, self-discovery, and setting intentions for your life. It's like going on a journey to reconnect with your inner self and release anything that no longer serves you. And the best part is creating a cozy and welcoming space to explore your inner self and inner parts in all its depths. I have studied on my own, outside my mental health field how to really heal and become free from the shackles of my own abuse history. I’d love to teach you how to heal yourself. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Religion. I am an Ordained Independent Spiritualist Church Minister.
