I help individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and cultural challenges. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, trauma-informed care, EFT, IFS, expressive art therapy, sandtray play therapy, DBT, and Gottman Method Level 2. Additionally, I am trained to support individuals with ADHD, BPD, and infertility diagnoses.
