I’m passionate about helping teens make sense of why they feel the way they do! My work focuses on reducing negative thought patterns or toxic relationships (cleansing), helping to heal from past trauma or make amends (repairing), and identifying strengths and learning ways to build meaningful relationships (rebuilding). By creating a safe and supportive environment, my goal is to help my clients lead resilient, fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
