About

As an Asian-American bilingual/bicultural therapist, my heart lies in supporting members of the AAPI community and other ethnic minorities who have experienced marginalization due to their intersection of identities (ie. spirituality, sexuality/LGBTQ, legal status, cultural backgroud). I work with individuals who have experienced religious and relational trauma, attachment wounds, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, dysfunctional relationships, and repressed sexuality, as a result of internalized cultural and societal messages they were exposed to that have further perpetuated an oppressive narrative around who they are.
