I work with adults, college and graduate students, adolescents, families, couples, social workers and groups. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. My style includes creating an authentic space for my clients to work through difficulties, you will not wonder what I'm thinking. I am direct in my approach which can includes supportive challenging as we explore your life together. As we build trust in our relationship we can use the therapy space to understand even more about how best to improve your life.
