My practice serves adolescents, families and individuals. In particular, I understand the issues and challenges faced by adolescents and young adults in this world. In session I take an active and positive approach. My goal is to facilitate healing in a way that helps my clients find ways to function well in their lives. Additionally, I am here to support parents in their parenting journey and to support adolescents and young adults as they grow, develop, and face life's challenges.
