Welcome, and thank you for your time. I understand that life can be very hectic and at times overwhelming. From the day to day stressors that are outside of our control, to the trauma and burdens we carry subconsciously. Have you ever wished you could have a break, maybe a mental vacation from the every day noise? Therapy can be just that, a quiet vacation from the outside stressors. Together we can effectively cope with anxiety, manage those stressors, and navigate through the noise. By searching out help, you have already taken the most important step. I have over 15 years experience in mental health and specialize in anxiety, addiction issues, anger management, depression, and family/relationship concerns.
