If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, acute stress/trauma or childhood trauma, dissociation, relationship challenges, grief, attachment concerns, disordered eating, stress, or not feeling like yourself - I have 17 years of experience and advanced training in these areas. Certified in EMDR for 9 years, specializing in anxiety, depression, dissociation, CPTSD, PTSD, PTSI, grief, relationship challenges, and life change transitions to a diverse clientele - all are welcome and you are not alone. I use a psychodynamic approach with an emphasis on integration of mind and body experiences through an IFS lens. Certified in EMDR, and specialty trained in Internal Family Systems, Ego State Interventions, Polyvagal, Somatic Interventions, and cognitive therapies to fit the various needs of my clients. I have advanced training in EMDR with Complex Trauma, Dissociation, Attachment, and Mindfulness techniques . I enjoy providing psychoeducation to increase awareness.
