Currently accepting new clients. My ideal client is one who aspires to live authentically and in alignment with their values. Despite whatever trials life has thrown their way, they believe they are capable of healing. These obstacles may show up in the form of depression, anxiety, disordered eating behaviors, or maladaptive coping skills, but they believe that with support, the life they want is within reach. I prioritize affirming the identities of all clients, with sensitivity to those from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Specializing in depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and life transitions, I employ an eclectic approach, integrating aspects of CBT, DBT, and person-centered methodologies to suit individual needs. I am also an EMDR-trained clinician.
