I provide a compassionate and safe space for you, your children, and your family to courageously grow toward deeper, more meaningful connections. I believe in empowering others to be their own experts so they can reconnect with their most authentic selves. I do this by bringing together best practices and individualized approaches that incorporate my training in trauma, neurodevelopment, and relationships. We heal through more than just talking; therefore, I enjoy incorporating play and creativity into sessions.
