I am an Licensed Social Worker LICSW and Clinical Supervisor. I have been providing mental health services to adults and adolescents for over thirteen years. My approach to therapy is driven by both personal and professional experiences. I draw from a trauma informed lens and solutions focused framework. Whether you are feeling stuck or thriving, therapy can be an opportunity to become more aligned with yourself and your values. Many of us carry wounded parts that are shaped by discomfort within ourselves and in our relationships. Therapy can be a space to gently work through those wounds, while honoring your unique healing process.
