I believe for therapy to be effective the a client needs to be able to be comfortable with and trust their therapist. This therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of effective therapy. I work with adults, teenagers, and couples around a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. The goal is to be better able to live a happy and fulfilling life.
