I am a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the mental health challenges that impact their lives. My areas of focus include developmental disorders, ADHD, opposition and defiance, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use and addictions, anger, family and relational issues, women’s issues, spirituality, and all aspects of trauma, including racial, gender, and cultural trauma.
