I am a Trauma Expert and hold certifications in DBT, TF-CBT, Safe and Sound Protocol, and EMDR which are tools that I use to help people regardless of gender or age who have gone through really tough experiences. If you struggle with anxiety, painful memories, and worry then reach out because you do not have to go through this alone. I am also an ADHD specialist and can help with testing and finding solutions to help you get on track by turning obstacles into strengths. In addition, I do offer couples counseling and retreats as a Certified Gottman Marriage Therapist.
